WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
We are building “basel.health”, a global “future of health” ecosystem brand – rooted in Basel, Europe's leading life sciences supercluster, and built for international reach.
A globally positioned ecosystem platform at the intersection of pharma, med tech, longevity, public health, impact, and innovation – activated through community, content, venture building, and events. Pre-launch stage. Activation starts now.
Remote First: Applications from outside Switzerland are highly encouraged.
THE FOUR FOUNDING ROLES
We are assembling exactly four Founding Members:
1. Ecosystem & Community Lead
Community, Network, Work Groups & Chapters, Visibility, Mobilization, Partnerships
2. Venture Lab & Innovation Lead
Venture Building, Innovation, Commercialization, Applied Solutions, Funding Readiness
3. Impact & Advocacy Lead
Impact, Policy, Ethics, Public Health, Institutional Bridges
4. Insight & Advisory Lead
Thought Leadership, Narrative, Research, Strategic Models & Frameworks
This is not a traditional job. It is a pre-launch co-founding opportunity for people who want to co-build a new brand, activate a global network, and help create early momentum across content, community, and ecosystem engagement.
WHAT THIS IS – AND WHAT IT IS NOT
basel.health will operate as a non-profit association under Swiss law – meaning there will be no equity, no salary on day one.
Instead, you get:
