IT Support Specialist (Level 1 & 2)
Location: Livingston, NJ area
Salary: $60,000–$80,000
A well-established and highly regarded Northern New Jersey law firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its Technology Department.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to attorneys and professional staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and mobile device issues.
- Support conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, and videoconferencing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering responsive, professional customer service.
- Collaborate with the firm's technology team to improve systems and the overall user experience.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
We're interested in IT professionals who enjoy solving problems, working with people, and continuing to develop their technical skills.
Candidates with approximately 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and general desktop troubleshooting is particularly helpful.
Experience supporting a law firm or another professional services organization is welcome but not required.
The position is based in the firm's Roseland office and includes occasional after-hours support and travel to other offices as needed.
Compensation
The proposed salary range is $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
