AE Raleigh/Charlotte

Based on Talent LLC
Raleigh, NC Full Time
POSTED ON 4/26/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/26/2026

We’re building something special — and I’m looking for a few more rockstars to join our team.

Not order-takers.
Not transactional sellers.
Relationship-builders who love the chase and love to serve.

At my clients our Account Executives sit at the intersection of real estate, strategy, and partnership. This is a field-facing role for someone who thrives in front of agents and brokers, builds trust quickly, and understands that long-term growth beats short-term wins.

If you (or someone you know) has:
✨ A passion for the real estate industry
✨ A hunter mindset with a servant’s heart
✨ The ability to turn conversations into lasting partnerships
✨ Energy for in-person relationship building

What You'll Do

Relationship Development & Territory Growth

  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with existing real estate agents, brokerages, and key referral partners.
  • Develop targeted territory plans using CRM insights, production trends, and market analytics to prioritize the highest-value opportunities.
  • Expand strategic brokerage partnerships and increase penetration within assigned offices and teams through consistent in-person and virtual engagement.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and responsiveness, consistently meeting client needs and demonstrating a proactive, accessible approach to communication.
  • Effectively manage a defined territory, including planning and executing meetings, route optimization, office drop-ins, and maximizing productive time in the field.

New Business Acquisition & Account Expansion

  • Drive proactive business development within the real estate channel by identifying high-value brokerage opportunities, expanding partner relationships, and securing new accounts that increase my client's market presence and long-term growth.
  • Own a defined territory with full responsibility for pipeline development, quota attainment, and account growth.
  • Analyze existing accounts to identify opportunities for retention, growth, and deeper engagement, implementing strategies that drive measurable results.

Realtor Education & Enablement

  • Deliver confident, engaging office presentations, sales meetings, CE-style trainings, and lunch & learns (in-person and virtual), demonstrating a deep understanding of the realtor experience while reading the audience, adapting in real time, and translating agent needs into clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of my clients products.
  • Coach agents on positioning warranties in listings, buyer consultations, and negotiations; help select plans aligned to client needs.
  • Stay current on products, coverage changes, pricing, and real estate contract nuances; communicate updates clearly to the field.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitor products, programs, and positioning, and confidently articulate my client's differentiation—clearly communicating where our coverage, value, and service offerings provide superior advantages for real estate partners and their clients.

Field Marketing, Branding & Community Presence

  • Increase brand visibility through association events, expos, trade shows, sponsorships, open houses, mixers, and office drop-bys.
  • Ensure offices are stocked with the latest marketing materials and brochures; process replenishment orders as needed.

Claims Liaison & Escalation Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between agents/homeowners and my client's internal teams (Membership Services, Claims/Escalations).
  • Problem-solve claims issues professionally to protect relationships and brand trust; set clear expectations on timelines and coverage.

Collaboration & Internal Partnership

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, leadership, and escalations to deliver campaigns and trainings that support brokerage growth.
  • Model a professional, positive, and growth-oriented mindset in all internal and external interactions.

Reporting & Operating Rhythm

  • Track territory activity, pipeline, and sales metrics in Salesforce; maintain accurate logs of meetings, trainings, and follow-ups.
  • Lead brokerage performance reviews with leadership, sharing results, adoption trends, and growth plans.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years in field sales, account management, or business development (real estate industry or adjacent: mortgage, title, escrow, home services preferred).
  • Proven track record of territory growth, new business acquisition, and relationship building.

  • Consultative, problem-solving approach with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage escalations professionally.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven territory planning.
  • Valid driver's license: ability to travel extensively within territory and attend occasional evening/weekend events.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with home warranties or familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction timelines.
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape within the real estate channel.
  • Preferred candidates will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, with bonus consideration for those who bring an established network of Realtors, brokers, and industry partners.
