We’re looking for Coaches to help our clients stay on track with their fitness goals, and guide them to a healthier, happier lifestyle! You’ll be the go to person for member results, offering regular communication, metabolic assessments, 3D body scans, nutritional support, and more. Plus, you'll help grow our community by selling memberships, apparel, and supplements.

Plus, you'll help grow our community by selling memberships, apparel, and supplements.
As a Coach, you’ll:
- Build relationships with members, holding them accountable to their fitness goals.
- Guide new clients through our studio and help them sign up for the right membership.
- Provide metabolic assessments, 3D body scan results, and nutrition advice to members.
- Keep the studio organized and running smoothly.
- Sell memberships, apparel, and supplements (and earn commission!).
- Support the BASECK team and ensure all staff meet our high standards.
- Personal training certification through a nationally recognized organization (or willingness to obtain one with preferred pricing through NASM!).
- A super friendly, outgoing attitude with members and staff.
- A passion for keeping clients accountable, with excellent communication skills.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced, growing studio.
- Experience in sales and a desire to help grow the business.
- Experience as a group fitness instructor preferred.
