What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk & Sales Associate position at BASECK TRAINING?
Benefits:
BASECK Training — Haddonfield, NJ
At BASECK, we call this role our "Member Experience Specialist" — because you're the first face members see and the reason they keep coming back. We're a new lifestyle performance studio built around a fast, effective 30-minute full-body circuit, offered in-person and virtually, where every workout also earns points toward a donation to one of six charity partners. You'll be at the center of that experience — greeting members, closing sign-ups, and keeping the studio running like clockwork.
Perks of Joining Our Team
We're looking for someone who's genuinely energized by people — someone who can pick up the phone, turn a cold inquiry into a studio tour, and close the sign-up, all while keeping the front desk spotless and organized. You should be comfortable juggling member check-ins, administrative tasks, and social media outreach in the same shift, and confident enough in a sales conversation to recommend the right membership or product without being pushy. If you like fast-paced environments where no two hours look the same, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Member Experience
$18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus commission on memberships and product sales.
How To Apply
Submit your resume, plus a short written response (3–5 sentences) to this question: "A prospective member calls and says they're 'just looking' but sounds hesitant about the price. What do you say to keep the conversation going?"
Email your response to claron.johnson@basecktraining.com with the subject line "BASECK Front Desk Application — [Your Name]." Applications without this step will not be reviewed.
