Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm — you set the tone!
- Manage check-ins, assist with scheduling, and answer membership questions.
- Provide seamless handoffs to management and coaching staff.
- Keep the studio organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer calls, manage leads from multiple channels (social, chat, walk-ins, phone).
- Conduct tours, explain membership options, and assist with enrollments.
- Input leads into CRM, send intake forms, schedule sessions, and manage follow-ups.
- Process payments, manage POS transactions, and confidently recommend products or apparel.
- Execute first-session procedures, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Participate in local outreach, events, and social media engagement.
- Help capture photos, videos, and stories to highlight our amazing community.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure brand consistency and excitement.
- Be the bridge between members, coaches, and management — ensuring every voice is heard and every concern is addressed.
- Collect feedback and contribute ideas to improve the member journey and studio experience.
