Baseck Training is expanding — and we’re looking for a high-performing Experience Manager (XM) to lead our second location and grow with us as we continue to scale.This is more than a management position — it’s a career path. What You’ll Do
As our Experience Manager, you’ll be the face and heartbeat of the studio — managing day-to-day operations, leading your team, and creating an environment where members thrive.
Responsibilities include:
 • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, facility cleanliness, and member experience.
 • Lead our sales process — from first consultation through membership close and assignment to the right coach.
 • Manage CRM, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
 • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with our brand values.
 • Drive membership growth through creative marketing, events, and local partnerships.
 • Collaborate on social media campaigns and in-studio promotions to elevate engagement.
 • Handle payroll, budgeting, and inventory (including apparel and supplement orders).
 • Track KPIs and report results to the Regional Manager and leadership team.

 What We’re Looking For
 • 3 years of management experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
 • Proven success in sales and customer experience leadership
 • Strong leadership and communication skills — able to coach and motivate a team
 • Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred
 • Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) is a major plus
 • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational processes
 • CRM and business software proficiency
 • Creative and social media savvy, with an eye for community engagement
 • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
