SPRING 2026 | BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL COACH/INSTRUCTOR
- Minimum 2 years of High School, Collegiate, /or Pro experience required
- Contract commitment per week but must be flexible to adapt/adjust hours per day dependent upon changes included to weather/field changes cancellations/reschedules
Responsibilities:
- Clear and precise instruction while leading private, semi-private, and group sessions, following all company standards and guidelines
- Manage stations, implement strategy, engage in player development, produce situations/gameplays
- Enhance the skill level of every player, focusing on getting back to the basics while creating healthy habits building confidence both on and off the field
- Provide constructive and positive real-time feedbackThe Management team has over 20 years / hands-on professional experience—training thousands of athletes per year. The coaching staff is prided on their knowledge and love for the game. Professionalism and a positive attitude are always expected and set an example for players. Coaches will be required to report any information to Mgmt, such as daily follow-ups and/or discussions regarding individual/team development, program improvement/setbacks, team dynamics, practice updates, game situations, coaching plans, etc.
Compensation is determined based on experience per an hourly rate. Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills, and age-appropriate language is a must! Coaches cannot solicit or engage in any outside program/business with clients unless arranged through management or could result in termination and contractual obligations. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout Manhattan and the 5 boroughs.
