About the Role
Baseball Rebellion is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable Baseball Coaches for our upcoming Fall Season! If you love teaching the game, developing young athletes, and bringing high energy to the field, we want to hear from you.
Key Details & Commitments
- Season Duration: August 24th – November 8th
- Practices: 2 practices per week (Times & Locations TBD)
- Schedule: 4–5 weekend tournaments throughout the season
- Travel: Most tournaments are local, but some regional travel will be required
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior baseball coaching experience OR recent college playing experience (college playing experience is strongly considered in lieu of coaching experience).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of baseball fundamentals, player development, and game strategy.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and mentor young athletes positively.
- Requirement: All successful applicants must pass a mandatory background check prior to the start of the season.
