Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Location: 455 W 56th Avenue, Building 3, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80216
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm (Shifts are subject to change during peak seasons, which will include weekend availability)

Responsibilities:
- Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
- Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
- Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
- Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders
- Interview, select, train, supervise and lead Pack and Ship Associates
- Ensure Pack and Ship team is operating as efficiently as possible,
- making recommendations to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes
- Review weekly time sheets of Pack and Ship Associates
- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
- Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
- Report to management on activities and issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handles returns and exchanges
- Perform duties of Pack and Ship Associates, leading by example
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
- Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 1 year of management experience, required.
