About the Role
BASE Sports Group is seeking a motivated, highly organized Partnership Activation Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone excited about youth sports, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and event execution.
In this role, you’ll help bring brand partnerships to life across the youth sports landscape. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of partnership assets and managing the logistics that move programs from planning through activation and completion.
You’ll work closely with brand partners and a nationwide network of youth sports facilities, tournaments, and event operators to ensure partnership commitments are delivered accurately, on time, and at a high level.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once, and excited by the opportunity to help brands connect with athletes and families through youth sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the fulfillment of brand partnership assets across youth sports facilities, tournaments, and events nationwide.
- Manage activation logistics throughout the partnership lifecycle, from initial planning and onboarding through execution and post-event follow-up.
- Track partnership deliverables, deadlines, asset requirements, approvals, and execution details to keep programs on schedule.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for youth sports facilities and event operators regarding activation requirements, logistics, and deliverables.
- Coordinate creative assets, signage, promotional materials, shipping, event details, and other elements required to successfully execute activations.
- Communicate regularly with partners to confirm timelines, requirements, and execution details.
- Proactively identify potential fulfillment or logistical issues and work with internal and external partners to resolve them quickly.
- Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Operations teams to ensure partnership commitments are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
- Support on-site activations at youth sports events and facilities, including periodic travel throughout the year.
- Confirm and document the successful fulfillment of partnership assets following activations.
- Gather photos, proof of performance, activation details, and other information needed for post-event client recaps and reporting.
- Maintain accurate partnership information, timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal systems.
- Help identify opportunities to improve activation processes and create a consistent, high-quality experience across our youth sports network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of professional experience; internships or experience in youth sports, sports marketing, events, partnerships, operations, or experiential marketing are a plus.
- Strong interest in the youth sports industry and the role brands can play within it.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when activation details or timelines change.
- Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Willing and able to travel periodically for youth sports event activations.
- Based in or able to work in the Greater Philadelphia area.
