BASE Distributing Inc., located in Andrews Texas, is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join its rapidly growing team.

Seeking a qualified individual to work from our Andrews Texas location to manage our driver team and equipment fleet based at this location.

Qualified applicants must have operations administration experience. This will be a mostly administrative role. Position will report to the COO and other executive team members.

Pay:

  • Salary: $120K - $135K DOE

Must have qualifications are:

  • 5 years operation/administration experience
  • Experience managing a team of 20 employees and drivers
  • Experience recruiting, hiring and managing team members
  • Excellent communication skills with both managed team and executive management
  • Able to work a standard office schedule, while still responding to needs of the team when not in the office.
  • Detail Oriented, Goal Driven and Success Motivated
  • Strong Computer Skills; Including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to learn and utilize various MIS systems (Management Information Systems)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and report labor & productivity
  • Schedule and manage team schedules
  • Plan and execute and dispatch the daily work schedules for team members
  • Ensure all supply demands and customer orders are fulfilled daily
  • Drive compliance to company published SOP’s
  • Oversee product inventory. Forecast procurement needs and communicate that to executive team
  • Recruit and train growing team
  • Oversee team compliance of Safety Program. Foster a ‘Safety First’ environment.
  • Manage equipment fleet. Forecast equipment needs and schedule equipment downtime for maintenance and repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
