Base Builder is hiring canvassers and field managers for a short-term election outreach program in Northeast Pennsylvania.

We engage voters around the issues that matter most to ensure involvement in the electoral process and high voter turnout. Together we’re building a movement where working families voices are heard. We can only do this together - join our team!
A Field Canvasser will:
- Engage with registered voters in meaningful, one-on-one conversations to help get out the vote.
- Educate and guide voters on the process to vote in the upcoming election
- Work individually and in a team environment and to accomplish campaign goals
Qualifications:
- People of all experience levels and backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
- Commitment to progressive politics and policies
- Ability to knock on an average of 75 doors or more per shift
- Great communication skills
- Smartphone or tablet
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $24 per hour
Additional compensation for vehicle use and mileage reimbursement for qualified drivers.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30-8pm
