Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our newly renovated dental office is seeking a motivated, dependable, and personable Treatment Coordinator to join the face of our practice to our valued patients and community. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and families warmly and professionally
- Prepare and present treatment plans and explain dental benefits as needed
- Schedule appointments and confirm existing appointments
- Answer the phone and direct calls appropriately
- Verify patient insurance and process payments
- Maintain patient records and update as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- 5 years experience working in a dental office is a must as a receptionist or office manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable and dependable

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
