Duties

- Negotiate advertising contracts, pricing, and campaign terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet client objectives.
- Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling sales pitches and promotional materials that highlight platform benefits and innovative advertising options.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Lead presentations and meetings with clients, demonstrating the value of radio and digital advertising channels while addressing technical questions confidently.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within media, marketing, or technology sectors, with a focus on digital or broadcast platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals through persuasive communication and strategic analysis.
- Experience in business development activities such as prospecting, cold calling (including warm calling), and cultivating new client relationships.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts, digital advertising tools, and media sales strategies to effectively position products to diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
