Sales Specialist
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
Experience:
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
