Experience in a medical office is a plus, but a warm and outgoing personality, reliability, and a willingness to learn are even more important. We can teach the right person the skills—they just need to bring a great attitude and genuine concern and care for others.

What You'll Do:
- Assist and support the chiropractor during patient care
- Help administer patient therapies
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Collect payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable
- Compassionate and enjoys helping others
- An excellent communicator
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and social media
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- High school graduate (or equivalent)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Position Details:
Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
Tuesday–Friday 10am-7pm
Every other Saturday 10am-2pm
Approximately 25-35 hours per week
Pay: $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)
