About the Role

Barton Supply is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Aurora facility. This individual will oversee all aspects of shipping, receiving, quality control, and inventory management. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and quality control operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

• Monitor inventory levels, rotation, and storage to support efficient order fulfillment.

• Partner with cross-department teams to resolve product, order, or quality issues.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members, supporting both individual growth and organizational success.

• Support company initiatives and communicate goals effectively across the warehouse team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in construction supply or manufacturing.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven record of managing warehouse operations.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management software.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
