The company values cross-training, employee development, and internal growth, offering clear advancement paths across departments.Responsibilities: Take care of loading and unloading of the material from the trucksCheck that proper quantity is being given and received by comparing the quantity with that onthe invoiceFollow written instructions or assembly drawingsUse simple equipment for moving material for example forklifts (Sit-Down)Handle the necessary documentation while receiving or sending materials Ensure that proper quantities are kept for each type of stock itemKnow the right place in the factory or warehouse floor where every item should be storedSkills and AttributesPhysical stamina to be able to walk around the floor areaKnow how to sort and classify thingsBe able to use simple machinery for moving materialsHave basic skills to record payment and issue proper documents while receiving and givingmaterialThese positions offer great potential for long-term growth, especially for candidates who are open to learning within a supportive team-oriented manufacturing environment.
