Job duties will include:
- Customer Service
- Pricing/Stocking
- Cashier/Checkouts
- Cleaning/Organizing
** This job comes with a 30 day trial period. Barton's Discounts will evaluate the individual's performance after 30 days and decide if a long term employment option will be available. **
Hours are Mon-Sat (9:30am-5:30pm). You will be scheduled 5 of those 6 days (one day off during the week). Applicants must be personable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail sales
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
- Effective communication skills for engaging with customers
- Experience with stocking and merchandising products
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to conduct product demonstrations
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions
