Earthcare provides a circular solution to organic waste management through its patented gasification technology which converts an array of organic waste streams into a marketable high carbon content biochar (EcocharTM) in a thermochemical process that has been deployed throughout the United States and the world. Our facility in Bethel, PA is currently seeking a motivated Production Team Member to join our team. As a member of the Production team, you will be responsible for the general labor in the safe and efficient production of biochar. Willingness to work up to 12 hours with availability overnight, weekends, and holidays is REQUIRED.

Position Responsibilities
- Complete daily biochar production goals
- Clearly communicate equipment and production issues to both the plant management team and other team members
- Maintain and repair production equipment including: augers, conveyors, belts, motors, skid steer
- Use and maintain hand and power tools
- Load and unload raw material and finished product
- Maintain a safe and efficient workplace
- Safely operate heavy machinery including: skid steer, forklift, boom and scissor lift, dump truck
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the plant management team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production facility preferred
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
- Experience in equipment maintenance
- Good attitude and ability to be flexible to workload, duties, and schedule
- High School education or GED equivalent
- Physical requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, and other physical movements in a non-temperature-controlled environment both inside and out for up to 12 hrs.
- Lift and maneuver heavy tools and equipment up to 100 lbs.
- Safely climb on ladders and lifts
- Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally with the Operation Manager and other team members
