(B&L), a multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides technical solutions to public and private clients from offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, and Maine, is currently seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to be based in our corporate headquarters in Syracuse, NY. This position will require a high degree of independence to develop and execute digital strategies that meet business and brand awareness goals.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
- Handle external digital marketing activities including, social media, email marketing, website (publish content, maintenance, SEO, SEM), Google Analytics, monitoring/reporting
- Oversee the firm’s social media calendar handling post scheduling and content for both organic and paid social media campaigns as well as collect/present web and social analytics quarterly
- Facilitate webinars and public meetings for firm presentations and client needs
- Assist with the development of presentations, project websites, award submissions and PR duties
- Collaborate with the Communications Team as well as the firm’s senior leadership on the creation of marketing campaigns and industry conference materials
- Support Business Development & Marketing/Communications projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (beyond college)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms with proven successful (paid) social campaigns; looking for an experienced content creator, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
- Experience with WordPress CMS platform
- Familiarity with social media management platforms, especially Hootsuite
- Prior experience tracking and analyzing performance data, with the ability to interpret trends and create content that aligns with it
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, especially Photoshop
- Experience with Teams and/or Zoom webinar modules
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Good with time management and ability to meet deadlines
