# Part-Time Automotive Title Clerk (RV Dealership)
**Barton Lake RV Sales** is growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a **Part-Time Automotive Title Clerk**.

## What You'll Do
* Process titles and registration paperwork for new and used RV sales.
* Prepare and submit documents for Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio vehicle registrations.
* Travel to local BMV/DMV offices to process title and registration transactions.
* Ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
* Communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies to resolve title or registration issues.
* Maintain organized title files and dealership records.
* Notarize documents when required.
* Assist with other dealership administrative duties as needed.
## What We're Looking For
* Previous dealership title experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with relevant experience.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
* Professional communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
* Must be a Notary Public or be willing to obtain an Indiana Notary commission shortly after hire (company reimbursement available).
* Experience with dealer management software is a plus but not required.
