Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, implementing memory care strategies and behavior management techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties and adherence to infection control procedures
- Document resident interactions, health status updates
Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and memory support techniques
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges in group home or home & community care settings
- Proven ability to handle emergency situations
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
