Barton Community College is seeking applications for the Dean of
Military Academics, Technical Education and Outreach Programs position
located at Fort Riley. The Dean leads and directs operational,
financial, and personnel activities associated with Bartons Fort
Leavenworth, Fort Riley, and Grandview Plaza campus locations. This is a
full-time, 12-month replacement position reporting to the Vice-President
of Instruction with competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications: Masters degree or a specialized certification program
taking one year or more of coursework beyond a bachelors degree and
five-10 years of successful skills in leadership, management, and
supervision. Military experience (former senior NCO or mid-level
Officer) And Experience In Education/training Fields Preferred. An
ability to collaborate with others, initiate and maintain partnerships,
communicate with clarity, and facilitate successful team operations is
essential.
