Staffing Coordinator Duties:
Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company.
Liaise with recruiters to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
Ensure the center always has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care.
Prior Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
Complete and post worksheets/time schedules.
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Staffing Coordinator Requirements
Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Staffing Coordinator in previous healthcare facility (required)

Base Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
