We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Lifestyle Director to lead the planning and execution of engaging activities and events that enrich our residents’ lives. This role is vital in creating a lively, inclusive atmosphere that promotes social interaction, wellness, and enjoyment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and community building, with a talent for organizing memorable experiences that resonate with our residents’ interests and needs. Duties
- Develop and implement a diverse calendar of activities, events, and outings tailored to residents’ preferences and abilities
- Coordinate event marketing efforts to promote upcoming activities through various channels
- Manage event planning from concept through execution, including logistics, catering arrangements, and vendor negotiations
- Foster strong relationships with residents through personalized engagement and exceptional customer service
- Oversee budgeting for activities and events to ensure cost-effective planning while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless integration of programs into daily community life
- Upsell additional services or premium event options to enhance resident experiences and generate revenue

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors and venues
- Strong marketing abilities to promote events effectively within the community
- Proven experience in event planning, management, and execution
