Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to assist with landscape maintenance and installation. This is a physical, outdoor job that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, string trimming, leaf blowing
- Mulch installation and job-site prep
- Trimming bushes, planting flowers/shrubs, pulling weeds
- Snow removal (winter only, if applicable)
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Assisting with moving materials and job-site setup

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 80lb independently or up to 150lb as a team
- Willingness to work in heat (up to 100ºF), cold (down to -5ºF), rain, or snow
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and respect for team and clients
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must wear closed-toe work shoes (steel/composite toe preferred)
- No experience required, but landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus
Schedule
- Spring- Fall: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approx. 5:30 PM
- Winter: Varying hours dependent on weather, shop needs, projects, etc.
- Occasional Saturdays (paid at 1.25x rate)
- Spring-Fall: Average 40-55 hours per week depending on project load weather
- Winter: Average 10-15 hours per week depending on snowfall project load
