Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Staff Development Team!
Pay Information:
Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
External Hires: This position starts at starts at $27.73 per hour. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator for our Staff Development Team improves operational efficiency by identifying workflow barriers, implementing new processes, policies, and systems, and mentoring support staff to enhance team effectiveness. It coordinates complex scheduling, student programs, clinical rotations, hospital-wide training initiatives, and workforce development activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Additionally, it serves as a key liaison between departments, staff, and external partners, facilitating communication, resource coordination, community engagement, and support for clinical and operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:
Administrative Coordinator 1
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: One (1) year of clerical, administrative or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
