Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Applications Analyst 1/2 to join our Information Systems Department!
Job Summary:
The Applications Analyst supports the organization’s clinical and business operations by configuring, optimizing, and maintaining assigned software applications to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant workflows. This role serves as a subject matter expert for application functionality, system configuration, and user experience, working closely with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associates degree in administration or healthcare
- Experience:
- Applications Analyst 1 ($3,308 - $3,970 bi-weekly): Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Applications Analyst 2 ($3,486 - $4,184 bi-weekly): Three (3) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in a healthcare setting
- Relevant experience includes supporting or optimizing Healthcare or Enterprise Resource Planning applications. Developing end user application training strategies.
- Preferred Experience: Experience with Meditech, Epic, UKG, NetSuite, Microsoft O365 ecosystem, and identity governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.)
Certification(s) Preferred: Desktop, operating system or infrastructure certifications such as Microsoft A , MCSA, Net
Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
