Pay Information: Internal Offers: Step placement and rate of pay will be determined using applicable Personnel Rules or Union Contract Terms. External Offers: This position starts at $3,568.80 biweekly. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
Job Summary
Under general direction, this position oversees the Medical Oncology Clinic (BMOC) and Ophthalmology Clinic (BOC), works with contracted and employed providers and is responsible for carrying out Hospital policy and daily operations of BMOC and BOC. This position will be responsible for management of multiple specialties in different locations on or near the Bartlett campus. The Office Manager will work closely with other clinic managers to ensure adequate staffing coverage to meet patient care needs.

Minimum Qualifications For The Job
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completes annual educational requirements.
- Experience: Three (3) years medical office/clinic management experience which includes coding, billing, and collections.
- Substitution(s):
- Associate degree in Healthcare related field and one (1) year of management experience in any area (healthcare preferred)
- OR Six (6) years of experience in healthcare clinic administrative support including any combination of the following: medical office coordination, medical records management, clinic coding, billing, and collections may be substituted for management experience to meet the experience requirement.
- Preferred Experience: Prior Meditech, UKG, or eClinical Works experience highly desired. Experience creating and working within a budget preferred.
