Salary of $125K - $250K based on experience level

We are a mid-sized firm with 35 attorneys. We offer a "non-corporate" environment where people genuinely like working together, and there is a warmth and authenticity about our culture.

What we offer our attorneys is "flexibility", flexibility in their hybrid work schedules, flexibility in their vacation schedules, flexibility in choosing their practice area. We are not so structured that we can't create roles for our attorneys, based on their interests.

We cover a wide range of general and professional liability cases and because of this, our attorney's have variety in their work and cases.

Our Associate Advisory Board

Our Associate Advisory Board — composed of non-partner attorneys — works closely with the Management Committee to shape firm policy, practice operations, and strategic initiatives. This structure gives rising attorneys both a voice and a seat at the table, while developing real-world leadership skills essential to future partnership and equity roles.

The Work You’ll Do

We handle a wide range of general and professional liability matters, from routine motor vehicle accidents to the most complex, high-profile, and catastrophic losses our clients face.

Representative case/trial types include:

• Premises liability
• Product liability
• Professional liability: Attorneys, Agents, Brokers, Architects & Engineers
• Construction accidents & defects
• Transportation and trucking
• Medical malpractice
• Catastrophic injury defense
• Subrogation

We have two Roles We are Filling:

• Experienced Insurance Defense Trial Attorney
• Experienced Insurance Defense Attorney

Depending on Experience Level, we will fill a Partner or Associate position

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York Bar
• Experience in general or professional liability defense litigation

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
