Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead our club’s business office, drive growth, and enhance member satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily management, develop innovative initiatives, and ensure the club’s profitability while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties

• Manage all daily accounting functions including cash balancing, sales reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Process weekly payroll from timesheet verification to bookkeeping entries using third party processor.
• Perform monthly financial reporting, including budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and expense control to ensure financial health. Reconcile bank and other key general ledger accounts.
• Manage membership renewal and new business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding member services.
• Manage project initiatives related to facility maintenance and improvements, event planning, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage insurance, HR and IT issues as needed

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills with a strong background in multitasking within a busy hospitality or club environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in an ever changing environment.
• Solid understanding of expense management, profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to engage members, staff, and external partners effectively.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
