Qualifications
- 3 years of office management experience in a dental setting is highly preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus
- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or training staff to increase productivity and employee retention
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, develop new internal systems, and implement technological solutions to streamline operations
- Ability to manage office budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports
- Ability to stay flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to handle confidential company and personnel information
