Full Job Description
Harley-Davidson, Honda, Suzuki and Polaris ATV/UTV dealer, we're looking to add a Service Advisor to our staff.
Experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive, Motorcycle or Motorsports industry not required, we will train the right applicant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Provide an exceptional experience to our customers in a professional manner.
- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
- Self motivated to stay busy and on task.
- Communicate customer's request for service to technicians
- Communicate technician notes and resolutions to customer
- File warranty claims with OEM vendors
- Communicate with OEM vendors for service information
- Communicate and work well with others
Job Requirements:
- Detailed, organized and efficient.
- Ability to accurately look up and order parts and accessories for service customers, retail customers and vehicle purchases.
- Work with computerized parts look up, service scheduling and ordering systems - training provided.
- Work in a team culture to insure all customer needs are fulfilled.
- Communicate and work well with others.
- Reliable attendance Saturday required.
- Accurately track technician schedules and time
- Works well in a fast paced retail environment
