What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory Care Director position at Bartlesville Assisted Living?
Bartlesville Assisted Living is looking to hire an energetic, creative, compassionate individual that must possess an understanding of people living with dementia.
- This person needs to be flexible, have good time management, extensive planning abilities for events/parties & daily activities.
- This person must be willing to work with all realms of the disease and be a liaison for family members and residents alike.
- This person does not have to have a degree in this field, high school diploma is recommended.
Training is provided regarding the processes of dementia and how to work with those living with dementia and their families.
This is not a certified position, but prior experience will be taken into consideration

Pay is based off of experience
