Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm shift available
Job Description:
Direct care provided to all residents in a licensed assisted living facility. Job includes transfers, ADL assist, toileting assist and dining assist as well as some housekeeping and other duties as needed.

Job Title: CMA
Reports to: RCC/DON/Charge Nurses/RN
Summary
Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Required license or certification:
Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by the State of Oklahoma and a valid CMA License issued by the state of Oklahoma
- Must be in good standing with the State of Oklahoma
- Must have basic computer skills including using an Internet web browser
- Experience with electronic medical records, a plus
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility desired
- Excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks.
- Attend and participate in scheduled training and facility in-service training programs.
- Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor.
- Be familiar with all policy and procedures of Bartlesville Assisted Living and follow them accordingly.
- Document all care provided.
- Perform rounds at each and every shift change to ensure communication and continuity of care.
- Follow Care Plans as set forth for each resident.
- Communicate with nurse on shift of any change or need that a resident may have and ensure this is provided. Report to Administrator if needed.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Clean and sanitary assisted living center. Exposure to chemicals and sharp objects. Some lifting/pushing/pulling required.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
