We are seeking a skilled, dependable self starter handyman to handle a variety of estimating, maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple trades, provides high-quality workmanship, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have own tools.
Responsibilities: Perform estimate, general maintenance and repairs such as minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring,assemble furniture, install fixtures, repair appliances, and complete minor remodel projects.
Communicate clearly with clients and supervisor about job details and timelines.Maintain, workplace cleanliness.Follow safety guidelines and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in relevant trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Reliable transportation and tools are a must.
