Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer treatment to both short term and long-term patients/residents to relieve pain and restore or improve function
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Holds or will hold current Physical Therapist Assistant license and/ or registration in NJ
• Graduate of an accredited university
• Previous experience or education in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
