Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer treatment to both short-term and long-term patients/residents to relieve pain and restore or improve function
• Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention

Qualifications:

• Holds a current Physical Therapist Assistant license and/or registration in NJ
• Graduate of an accredited university
• Previous experience or education in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
