Job Description:
As a Bus Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. This position involves operating a company vehicle to transport residents to various scheduled appointments and activities during weekday hours.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus or other vehicle to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Assist residents in boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring use of seatbelts and mobility devices when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and mechanical soundness.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times.
- Provide friendly, patient, and respectful service to elderly residents.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in driving school buses or paratransit vehicles is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse populations, including seniors.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including early mornings or late evenings.
