Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT.
- Assist residents with exercises, ADLs, and functional tasks to improve daily living skills.
- Monitor resident progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and observations.
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment.
- Current COTA license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus.
Salary : $24 - $32
