What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deputy Prosecutor position at Bartholomew County Prosecutor's Office?
The Bartholomew County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking candidates for the position of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. This position will be a full-time county employee with a salary range depending upon experience.
Responsibilities include screening cases as well as prosecuting infraction, misdemeanor, felony, juvenile, and/or post-conviction matters in all Bartholomew County courts including problem-solving courts.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Jurisprudence and a license to practice law in the state of Indiana
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience practicing criminal law
Courtroom and jury trial experience
Familiarity with INPCMS
Salary : $70,000 - $107,000
