Duties
- Greet clients warmly and answer questions at the front desk to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Answering phone and email communication professionally and efficiently.
- Maintains confidentiality of community member records.
- Handles felines safely during cleaning and socializing procedures.
- Assist with feline husbandry tasks such as feeding, cleaning kennels, bathing, and providing enrichment activities to promote feline well-being.
- Monitor felines closely for signs of distress or illness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility and workspace.
Skills
- Prior kennel experience combined with animal husbandry knowledge to handle diverse species confidently.
- Experience with front desk operations including client communication.
- Knowledge of pet care best practices including pet behavior cues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude; strong teamwork skills are essential
- Confident conflict resolution.
