In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with experience in telemarketing and or lead generation a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Participate in training sessions to improve telemarketing techniques and product knowledge.
- Report on call outcomes and provide feedback on market trends to assist in business development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage customers effectively through outbound calling strategies.
- A background in customer service is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
