Full-time 40 hours, 1st shift, flexible schedule, weekend and holiday rotation
POSITION: Assists Director/Dietitian, Responsible for the day to day operation of the Dining Services Department

POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Licensed Dietician or willingness to achieve the same.
· One year dietary experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related facility preferred.
· Demonstrates effective communication skills with staff, residents and the public
· Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relations with all staff and residents.
· Demonstrates excellent judgement, problem solving skills and independent decision making skills.
· Ability to adjust and follow standardized recipes.
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
· Ability to perform simple calculations.
· Willing to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary. Flexible schedule is required.
· Regular attendance and presence in the building is required.
· Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English language.
Salary : $25 - $30
