We’re Hiring a Guest Services Supervisor at Sheraton La Jolla!

At Sheraton La Jolla, part of the Bartell Hotels family, we mix sunshine, smiles, and a whole lot of hospitality magic — and we’re on the hunt for a Guest Services Supervisor to help lead our amazing Front Desk team! If you’re a people-person with boss energy and a knack for making guests feel like VIPs, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):
 • Run the show at the Front Desk and keep the good vibes rolling
 • Hype up your team with pre-shift pep talks
 • Jump in like a hero when things get wild (because sometimes they do — and you’ve got this!)
 • Be the Manager on Duty — the calm in the storm, the problem-solver, the guest-whisperer
 • Team up with other departments to keep everything running smoother than a La Jolla sunset
 • Lead by example and sprinkle kindness, professionalism, and positivity like confetti
 • Handle guest requests, tricky situations, and spontaneous dance-offs (okay, maybe not… but you totally could)

You’ll Crush It If You:
 • Have big energy and a heart for hospitality
 • Thrive in fast-paced, people-packed environments
 • Love solving problems and making someone’s day
 • Know how to lead a team while keeping it light, fun, and efficient
 • Have hotel/hospitality leadership experience (bonus points if you’ve ever been a Front Desk rockstar!)
