Senior Project / Program Manager – Utility Infrastructure

Pay $62-77/hr
Overview:
Lead large-scale capital projects across power generation, transmission, and infrastructure programs. Responsible for end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, vendors)
- Oversee capital programs (substation, transmission, generation, or EV infrastructure)
- Develop KPIs, reporting, and executive dashboards
- Interface with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance
- Drive contractor/vendor performance and contract execution
Requirements:
- 8–15 years project/program management experience
- Utility, energy, or infrastructure background
- Experience with capital projects ($10M preferred)
- Strong cost control, scheduling, and forecasting skills
