Major Responsibilities:
- Organizing and Cleaning: Your primary responsibility is to organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and other items, ensuring they are properly loaded into the dishwasher for cleaning.
- Removing Trash and Garbage: Regularly emptying the dishwasher to remove water, trash, and garbage from the restaurant and dispose of it in the designated dumpster.
- Floor Maintenance: Rolling and unrolling mats to clean the floors and maintaining a clean and safe dishwashing station.
- Preparation of Food: The dishwasher may assist with food item preparations.
Requirements
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Physical Movements: The position may require sitting, climbing, stooping, and kneeling to perform tasks effectively.
