Responsibilities:
- Efficiently craft every freshly squeezed drink to perfection and serve with a smile.
- Develop extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and bar program and make knowledgeable recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Be a resource for support team members and servers in the restaurant, answering questions about our beverage program.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests, restock the bar, and maintain cleanliness.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guests' needs, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience is encouraged but not required.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills (POS systems).
- Knowledge of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food specifications.
- Familiarity with workplace safety and restaurant equipment operation.
