As a Car Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting with inventory management.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential customers and generate leads.
- Build rapport with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all vehicles are presented in top condition.
Experience
- Sales experience in car sales or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- A passion for automobiles and knowledge of current market trends is beneficial.
